The unit itself has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths including an oceanfront master suite that has it’s own private terrace to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the ocean. A gourmet kitchen with all the trimmings, nice linens, art, flat screen TV’s, WIFI and tons of extra storage. The beach itself is a wonderful experience…search for seaglass, snorkel, tidepool or relax. It’s truly a beach lovers dream just out the door.
The condo is located on an isolated stretch of beach at the far north of Playa Langosta and guests may choose to make the relaxing stroll into town (+/-15 minutes) around the point and along the beach … a nice “commute” to Nogui’s oceanfront restaurant in the center of town!
SURF! If you surf, this is heaven. There is a “secret spot” just out front that we’ll happily show you, but within a short walk there are a myriad of world class waves of all types. Sand bottom breaks, reef breaks, point breaks, beginner breaks … you name it. We have been living and surfing in the area for decades and we will ensure that you’re in the right place at the right time!
The neighborhood has a gorgeous hotel just across the street “Cala Luna” and features a delicious breakfast/lunch and dinner each day. Also, a few doors down is the Hotel Sueno del Mar B&B which also serves a fantastic oceanfront breakfast.

This affordable ocean view condo is located just a few minutes down the hill of the main strip of tamarindo and the beach. The complex offers a very nice pool area with views, parking spaces and communal laundry area (depending on how many days you stay) It comes completely furnished with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The laundry area is shared and it is limited use depending on the amount of days you are staying. Guests will have access to parking and pool. You can walk around or rent golf cart or a car depending on the type of activities you are looking for. It is not recommended to rent a car if you like walking as it is easy to move around but you have the option of a car rental or golf cart Please note that the condo is located about 5 mins walk down the hill to the beach and the beginning of main strip in Tamarindo but going up hill there is about 1 block of a kind of high hill.
