The Accommodations

Redressed and remodeled from the ground up, including a heightening of the ceilings, in late 2018, our Bougainvillea condominium number 4315 sleeps up to six people comfortably in beds. There is an additional queen size mattress to accommodate two more guests. The second story master suite includes a king size bed, the first story master bedroom also includes a king size bed, and the third bedroom is decorated with two single beds. Each of the three bedrooms has its’ own full private bathroom. There is also a pack-n-play with mattress here for young children. Each of the three bedrooms has a 36” LCD television except the second story master which has a 46”.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything for even the most discerning chef. Here you will also find the pantry and the utility room with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen includes upgraded cabinetry, fine quartz counter tops, microwave, electric cook top with oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, food processor, toaster, and much more. You will love looking out onto the ocean and the tropical forest as you prepare treats for your family.

The living/dining room is nicely furnished. The incredible views can be enjoyed from these spaces. The living has an iPod/iPad/iPhone dock speaker and a 50” LCD television. From here the spacious terrace can be accessed. While on the terrace you can look on at your guests in Bougainvilleas newly renovated and expanded private pool, barbecue, and jacuzzi facility. As a guest of this property, we provide many extras for our guests such as: A welcome basket with coffee, tea, snacks, as well as cooking oil/spices, coffee filters, creamer. We also provide folding beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels for your use!

The golf course was designed and engineered by the world famous Robert Trent Jones II. It is a par 71 championship course laid out over 7021 yards. It is the first Audubon certified golf course in Costa Rica. You will traverse lakes, creek beds, and sand traps all while coddled in between the forest with a back drop of majestic views of the blue Pacific Ocean. You are likely to see a host of bird species, Howler Monkey’s, White-faced Coati’s, Iguana’s, and a plethora of tropical tree species.
Reserva Conchal’s Beachclub – As a renter of our lovely condo you will have access to this magical facility. Of course, this is beachfront on one of Costa Rica’s loveliest white sand beaches. There are two pools here and one of them is a 60 meter lap pool. the other has a ‘beach’ entry which is perfect for children or semi-submerged sunbathing. Naturally, there are built-in sitting areas to enjoy a tropical cocktail in this serene setting. The Reserva Conchal beach club hosts two restaurants – El Chante Pizzeria with a wood burning oven and Catalinas Restaurant.
The gym is fully enclosed and air conditioned. It is located in front of the beach entry pool and the ocean. It features Cyber weight equipment, free weights, all kinds of cardio machines and more.
The Heavenly Spa at Reserva Conchal’s beach club is a place for to invigorate! Featured are private massage rooms, saunas – both dry and wet, and jacuzzi’s. There is also a salon for hair, nails, and facials! Reflexology, Thai massage, and other treatments are at your fingertips. There is also access to the W’s Away Spa.
