I drove to Costa Rica from Boston in 2004 with my big Weimaraner Seikan, neither of us with a word of Spanish. We sought adventure and escape from grief after the untimely deaths of my father and sister Ilsa. That was at the heart of it. The rugged beauty , the peace and the adventure of it were the draw. I had no real plan, but knew I would figure something out. I stuck with computers at which plain curiosity of tech in general made me marketable. The bonus, I’d rather deal with a computer than most people I met in the business world anyway. Pura Vida and much respect to our hosts, the Costa Rican people.
