Flamingo Property is a small family-owned boutique real estate agency with over 30 years of real estate experience in Costa Rica. We represent only the finest properties and our many years of experience ensure you will have the best representation as buyer or seller. We are also the one of the largest landowners in Playa Flamingo.
While our concentration has been in Playa Flamingo and the surrounding small beach communities of Surfside, Potrero and Playa Grande we also represent some of the finest property in areas such as San Juanillo, and beautiful rain forest land in Rio Celeste located just two hours from Guanacaste’s most sought-after beaches. Donna was a founder and Board member of what is now the Costa Rican Global Association of Realtors and has remained in CRGAR supporting the ethics and rules for all realtors in Costa Rica. She was integral in bringing Country Day School- Guanacaste (now CRIA) to the area as the first international private school in the area.
She has been on the Board of the Asociacion Pro Mejores de Flamingo (the homeowner and business owner association in Flamingo) for many years and is the current President.
