The fact that is an adult-only bed and breakfast means it really appeals to the niche of Honeymoon tourists along with other couples. This has been instrumental in helping the business reach such high-profit levels making this a genuine 10 CAP investment.

With very streamlined staffing of only one full-time employee for the green season and 2 for the high season (Dec to April), this business is very easy to manage. The master suite has a separate kitchen and dinning area, and private entrance, but can easily be combined to the rest of the house by opening one door. It also has a separate set of stairs for complete privacy. All of the rooms and the master suite have king size beds, plus there is a pull out in the largest room on the second floor along with the king size bed (good for parents that want to keep their children in the same room or family members who don't mind sharing). Every level of the house has a huge balcony/deck, the largest on the first level above the garage. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove with oven are all stainless steel. All the appliances, cooking and serving items have tastefully chosen. An arched doorway with relief ceiling leads from the living area to the hall and to the majestic stone stairway that curls around itself as it leads to the second and third levels. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Two identical rooms with king size beds share a bathroom between them and each open on to a rounded patio overlooking the tropical forest foliage, one with an ocean view overlooking Tamarindo Bay and the pool. The forest foliage to the back and side of the house are known to be frequented by a friendly group of monkeys. On the third level is the master suite with the an amazing panoramic view of everything. The suite is very large, light filled, and spacious, with a pull out couch in living room to accommodate 4 people and includes a separate kitchen and dining area with amenities for four including microwave and stack washer and dryer. During certain times of the year, a four wheel drive car may be needed to access the house via car. Tucked at the end of the street, this is a perfect spot to escape the world and enjoy the peace, quiet, and serenity that await you!!!

Casa "Lucky Monkey House 2" is located just a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the beach in Tamarindo, made famous by the classic surf flick "Endless Summer". From the property perched on the hill above Tamarindo Bay, the ocean is visible beyond the seascape sunset. The ocean is visible beyond the trees even from the ground floor and the view from the higher floors looks out over Tamarindo bay and toward Langosta. This wonderful three-story house is set in a grassy courtyard with a small shared pool. The large living area in Lucky Monkey 2 opens to a patio next to the pool through 2 sliding glass doors. The large ground floor living area of is convertible by a wooden retractable wall, creating a 5th bedroom with pull out bed and private bath. Also on the first floor is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with stunning granite counter tops and giant windows that flood the room with tropical sunshine. The Lucky Monkey 2 has four bedrooms and the living room has a retractable wall with a full bath that can be easily converted into a fifth bedroom. LM2 can fit 10 people if they are all couples or if they share beds. The entire top floor is a matrimonial suite, complete with Jacuzzi tub, a California king, and some living room furniture. The other three rooms on the second floor have queen size beds and the convertible room on the lower level has a pull out standard size bed. The home comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests.

There are flat screen TVs in the living area of the main house and the apartment, high speed internet service and all of the necessary kitchen appliances. Full time staff includes Villa Manager, housekeeper,, gardener, and 24 hour security.
